Organs, whether massive or solemn, sensitive and delicate or charged and full of energy: sound and space are inextricably linked. Organs are a necessary instrument in every church for accompanying folk and choral singing, and their poise and uniqueness of harmony nourish and elevate the spirit of every believer or listener, whether in liturgy or concert performance of melodies from various times.
